iMusic Team Praises iMusic Founder
We are so proud to be a part of Miho Nomura's overall mission to nurture untapped potential amongst underprivileged youth through the power of music. By working alongside her in the day-to-day operations, we were shocked to discover how much she sacrifices on behalf of iMusic. Not only does she run a very tight ship here at iMusic, but she, to our surprise, does not receive any form compensation given the extensive amount of time and effort she devotes to the job. To make sure that all of our instructors get paid, she would sometimes pay them out of pocket if we went over budget. Ms. Nomura has also been known to borrow funds in order to keep up with the ever-growing program demands for more instruments. She also spends very little of iMusic's resources if any towards marketing and advertising even though there are so many great partnerships and success stories in which to speak of. This proves to us that her intentions lie more towards improving the lives of her students rather than investing in expensive marketing campaigns simply to pat oneself on the back. This is why, we believe Ms. Nomura is an incredible role model not only for our organization but for society as a whole.
